Born and raised in Niagara Falls, John Bahdi is committed to building business relationships, providing quality customer service, and exceeding client expectations. After studying Business Communications and concentrating in Finance at the University of Windsor, John returned home to begin a career in real estate. Since 2016, John has actively represented Niagara buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants as a Real Estate Broker with C.R. Ford Real Estate LTD Brokerage. John is honest, proactive and patient. He was mentored by his Father, George Bahdi, who is the owner and operator of the reputable – Niagara Olympia Homes. John specializes in presale and resale condominiums. John’s goal is to ensure his clients are served with professionalism, passion and care. He goes beyond the transaction and provides the research necessary to allow his clients to make educated decisions when buying, selling, and investing.
In August of 2023, John decided to open his very own Brokerage, Olympia Realty Incorporate where he acts as the Broker of Record.
In his free time, John volunteers as the Coach of the A.N. Myer Secondary School Boy’s Varsity soccer team, with past experience with Niagara College, Niagara Regional Soccer Program, Niagara United SC, Fort Erie Soccer Club, and Club Italia.
