Born and raised in Niagara Falls, John Bahdi is committed to building business relationships, providing quality customer service, and exceeding client expectations. After studying Business Communications and concentrating in Finance at the University of Windsor, John returned home to begin a career in real estate. Since 2016, John has actively represented Niagara buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants as a Real Estate Broker with C.R. Ford Real Estate LTD Brokerage. John is honest, proactive and patient. He was mentored by his Father, George Bahdi, who is the owner and operator of the reputable – Niagara Olympia Homes. John specializes in presale and resale condominiums. John’s goal is to ensure his clients are served with professionalism, passion and care. He goes beyond the transaction and provides the research necessary to allow his clients to make educated decisions when buying, selling, and investing.

In August of 2023, John decided to open his very own Brokerage, Olympia Realty Incorporate where he acts as the Broker of Record.

In his free time, John volunteers as the Coach of the A.N. Myer Secondary School Boy’s Varsity soccer team, with past experience with Niagara College, Niagara Regional Soccer Program, Niagara United SC, Fort Erie Soccer Club, and Club Italia.

His most recent completed project was Olympia Retirement located at 4644 Pettit Avenue, Niagara Falls. This development is a 3 story 70 unit building. Currently, Niagara Olympia Homes is now constructing a 2nd Residential Condominium development known as Olympia on the Park, located at 5629 Swayze Drive, Niagara Falls. Olympia on the Park consists of two apartment style condominium buildings, respectfully 23 units and 39 units to provide an affordable suites for lease. George’s reputation precedes him – his clients know that you will never see him without a smile on his face. Outside of real estate, George is a proud sponsor of the Matthew Daniele Memorial fund and participant of the Ride to Conquer Cancer.

Nishant Sharma has called Niagara Falls home since 2004. His love for the City is unmatched as it provided his family a place to grow.

Nishant possesses a Degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science. His background knowledge in structures and engineering has translated to great knowledge in the field of Real Estate.

Nishant has experienced great success in the service industry over the last 5 years as the owner of Armaan Travel’s, a Niagara based travel agency. Over the years he has serviced many travelers and is confident his skills and attention to detail will come naturally when servicing his clients in real estate.

Nishant is a family man and has been happily married with 2 wonderful teenage boys. Nishant coached his sons in the sport of soccer and is involved in community events as a volunteer. Nishant is fluent in English and Hindi and understands Punjabi Gujarati and Marathi. Nishant has taught nursing and Advanced Statistics at Niagara College. He is also online tutor for Super Prof covering various technology courses.
